Whistler

The iconic Stone Man of Whistler. Great ski resort! Used my wee Lumix Camera for all my mountain shots - couldn't bring myself to go up the lifts with the Canon and an assortment of lenses - just didn't seem sensible - not to mention too cold on the hands!

@Weezilou Thanks for sharing that photo Louise - very interesting. We do put cairns on our hills in Scotland, and you're right, although they have a different shape, the purpose is the same!
