Empire Café

Continuing with my favourite places in Houston, this is the Empire Café, on Westheimer and Elmen. It's a great, cheap and cheerful brunch spot for us, and within walking distance of home.

@squaresparrow Yes, I've gone for a black and white theme for my Houston favourites theme! I think Houston lends itself to black and white for some reason.
