We were away for a long weekend in the south west of France - Pau and Marciac. We lived in Pau for 5 years, about 5 years ago, and so had a nice time checking up on our old stomping ground. This monument is in front of the Eglise St Martin on the Boulevard des Pyrenees. It was built to commemorate those lost in the Indochina and Algerian wars, but also the 2 World Wars.
