We had a lovely round of golf yesterday at the Golf National, in the outskirts of Paris. The Albatros course is now open and they are preparing to host the Ryder Cup there in 2018. We stuck to playing the Aigle course though ... a much less harrowing prospect!
Beautiful, I can't help but think that it must be dreadfully expensive to play there, especially coming from South Africa where playing Golf is very affordable.
@tosee Yes, we were just looking up the next venue! It's a fun tournament and one I've never been to, although hubby did go to the 2012 tournament in Medinah and loved every second!
@salza Yes, the course has been closed for the past 18 months or so, in preparation for this forthcoming Ryder cup. It just reopened in time for the French Open earlier this year.
