Bistrot d'Alsace by jamibann

Bistrot d'Alsace

Both our kids are here this weekend, for the first time in months, so we popped into Paris for the day with them. We had lunch in the Bistrot d'Alsace on the Champs Elysées. Behind me in the restaurant, this guy was working away, making up the seafood dishes. I took this shot from my seat in the restaurant, looking left into a mirrored pillar, capturing him hard at work behind the bar. It came out so much better than any straightforward shot I could have managed with the confines of the restaurant. With the exception of a slight crop, it's SOOC.
Nicely captured.
