The House on the Hill

This was not taken today, nor yesterday, but Sunday. The last day I saw that yellow thing in the sky. Ah, well, that's Scotland for you. I love this house. So remote though - I wouldn't like to live there.

Your image conveys the remoteness so well. I do remember many rainy days on my one trip to Scotland, but what a beautiful country as a result on those days when the sun does come out and everything is so green.

That IS a beautiful blue sky! (Something I've not seen much of here in Illinois this winter.) I bet that's a lovely home up there, with a spectacular view all around.
