Having been at home yesterday for most of the day, on a beautiful day, I was determined to pop out in the late afternoon with my camera. I was so delighted to come across this little fella', who popped out from beneath a pile of leaves on the pavement to say hello.
@randystreat I didn't touch this little chap - they just roll up into a ball if they feel threatened - and I wanted to get his face in the shot. But they're very gentle - other than their prickles.
