Air Rescue

I was back at hospital yesterday with dad - he's fine, just more routine checks. However, it did mean a lot of hanging about in town for me. I took his little dog for several walks, and on one occasion the Air Rescue Helicopter was just taking off - providing me with the perfect shot for today. I wonder where it was heading?

An unusual crop for me, but I thought the shape of the helicopter suited it.

Excellent capture of the motion, and yes, the crop suits the subject. Whenever I see an air rescue unit, I feel for the individual and their family who are not having a good day... Hope everything checks out okay for your Dad.
