Another brilliant day of rugby in Tokyo. France got beaten by 1 point sending Wales through to the semi finals, and Japan, despite playing their socks off, got beaten by the Spring Boks. The Japanese flair and ball handling skills were phenomenal, but the Spring Boks were just too good for them.
However, rather than post another rugby photo, I thought I'd post one of the Heineken girls and boys all ready to go out and sell some beer. A great job they did too.
Apologies for lack of commenting at the moment - the days are coming at us hard and fast ... off to Kanazawa tomorrow, and maybe, just maybe, some time to catch up on commenting.
You’re in Japan how lovely! We watched the rugby today....two great matches....the Japanese need to bulk up I think! I like this shot....always so neat & tidy! Our grandson is living in Takasaki!
@happypat We are loving Japan - a completely new experience for us. In Takayama today and heading back to Tokyo on Thursday for the weekend's matches. :-) Your grandson is a lucky lad!
Looks like a 'where's Wally shot'.. it' s getting to the pointy end of the comp now.. Exciting.
