Pak Choi

The Pak Choi is about the only thing growing with any vigour in our greenhouse, thanks to the very cold Spring we've been having. But at least it looks healthy, and I suppose there's still time for the rest!

@happypat I really like it. Easy to grow and easy to cook. It's a bit like a cross between spinach and cabbage. Good for stir fries.
