It was mild yesterday, and not raining, so we thought we should get on our bikes and do a wee tour around by Tarland and Aboyne, with a stop for coffee and a cheese scone at The Black Sheep - my favourite café in the area. Their mozzarella and sun-dried tomato scones are to die for!
@sarah19 Yes. I keep saying that, I know ... but yes, definitely! November is a little less busy for me, now that we've been to meet up with son and daughter this month. Please send me a text or WhatsApp (07909 943784) and let's work out a date for lunch or a coffee.
You’re home again! I thought this was Scotland!! So many stunning autumn colours there….good you can get out on your bike to see them.
Harry & I are about to sell our bikes…we don’t trust ourselves not to wobble off!
@randystreat Ha ha ... that comment made me smile and is very perceptive of you! You are quite right that most of my landscapes are taken out and about at high level ... hence no trees. This was a relatively flat cycle ride. :-)
The scones sound excellent...maybe we should get together sometime!
