Today was a lovely day. I looked forward all morning to meeting up with @sarah19. We've 'known' each other on 365 for quite some time now, but today was the first time we've met in person. We had a lovely lunch and lots of chat at the Milton of Crathes - a place equidistant from our respective homes. On the winning front, a lovely moment spent with Sarah, ... on the losing front, my camera with a dead battery, which only came to light when I went to take a photo for the record! Also on the winning front, a new sweater from a new 'pre-loved' shop, and an i-phone in my pocket which meant that I was still able to record the moment. Silly, silly me! Also on the winning front, a great rugby win for Ireland, and on the losing front, Scotland got beaten by the Bocks. A very positive day though, with far more wins than losses! Thank you Sarah, for sharing it with me. :-) And thank you to 365.
Nice to know you two got together. Sometimes it is just right when people with a shared interest meet and find they have more in common than just a camera!
Always great to meet up with fellow 365ers. I feel I've made some good friends through this platform.
On the rugby front, not such a good day for NZ. In fact it feels pretty rubbish at the moment. Raining again, and still with restrictions of lockdown. I'm hoping one day to to get to Scotland to visit my mum (Auchterarder). It's been 3 years since we've seen each other in the flesh.
