But we're still waiting for action on the Christmas card front. No excuses as I'm housebound this week. I just need to get started and then the words and cards will flow! Perhaps today will be the day?!
Wonderful image which reflects exactly what is happening here. Cards bought and they are sitting waiting for attention. Always something else to do. Any excuse to put off writing the cards!! LOL
I had good intentions of writing my cards at the weekend but it didn't happen. Went out with friends instead, oh well maybe tomorrow after I have taken the car for annual roadworthy check.
Love your Christmas card shot….it looks a serious job, I’ve nearly finished but it’s the writing part that slows me down….some folk are good with the news so I have to reply. Hope you feel well enough to make a start!
@quietpurplehaze Yes, it's tempting to just do that, but I can't let go of the tradition. I do however always buy cards that make a donation to charity. At least that way some good comes of my card writing ... plus I don't send to people I see regularly. Most of mine go south, or abroad - which does however mean a letter with almost every one, as I have not succumbed to the round robin typed-up version yet. Some may curse me for that, as my writing gets worse as the cards go by ... :-)
I mailed my cards today!
days will be over soon and that you will be good
