Hubby was away golfing yesterday, so I took advantage to go walking with a couple of lovely ladies, Carole and Rita. This was the coffee spot - at the Honka Hut on the Balmoral Estate. Carole is one of the organisers of Ballater's Walking Festival later this month and she wanted to do this A-B walk as she'd never done it. It is the walk that hubby and I are leading, so I knew the way! It is also the one where John and I had the little blip with the car keys a couple of months ago. No issues there, as Carole's husband kindly picked us up at the end point.
