We attended a most lovely wedding at Myres Castle in Fife, yesterday. It was a delightful event, but outside, and not exactly summery and warm!!! Our friends were sitting in front of us and Jan and her daughter were sharing a shawl to keep warm whilst waiting for the bride to arrive. I thought this was a fun shot! The next wedding we will likely be attending is that of Rachael and Andrew in this image - in August next year. Hopefully it will be warmer then!
Thank goodness for shawls, I have a few of them they have saved the day many a time! Much nicer & smarter than a coat if you’re dressed up. Your friends look happy & not bothered by the inclement weather.
