The Horns from Beinn Alligin by jamibann

The Horns from Beinn Alligin

On Tuesday, we hiked up the two Munros associated with Beinn Alligin and descended via The Horns! We were very nervous about The Horns, as they involved a fair bit of scrambling, but we managed just fine, thanks to having good visibility and fair weather. This photo is taken from the top of the second Munro, Sgurr Mhor, looking over to the 3 Horns.
Neat image and a challenging hike.

@christinav There is a lot of scree and rock, yes, but also lots of bits that are easier walking. These particular mountains have lots of clear paths, some just worn by footfall, others with stones laid to help prevent erosion.
