The Leuchan Hare by jamibann

The Leuchan Hare

When Mona was in Ballater, she asked me about the hare sculptures in the local hills, and so I pointed out the hills where they 'live'. It reminded me that I'd not been to check on the Leuchan hare for a wee while, and so I went up Carn Leuchan on Wednesday whilst hubby was busy with other things. It was a damp, dreich, dark day, but the hare was still there, keeping guard over the mountains and moorlands. :-)
What a cool sculpture.

@laroque It's one of our more descriptive Scottish words ... dark, dismal, dreary, dull and damp would all seem to form part of the word!
