28 years old and still Daddy's little girl. That's Sarah! Father and daughter stood on the beach side by side for hours waiting to catch Flounder; but what they caught were Pompano, Sheepshead, and a whole lot of wonderful memories. Today, it's too windy for fishing; but those treasured memories will never blow away!
I like viewing this image best on the black background.
@philcameron59 Thank you so very much, Phil! I really appreciate you commenting on my project. I just loved watching the two of them enjoying their time together. :-)
@cejaanderson Ahhh, Thoreau...love, love love his writings, Jane. My husband got me two beautifully-bound books by Thoreau that I display on a table. I treasure them! Thank you for your fabulous comment. This image of the propped up fishing rod will always bring special memories to mind!
What a wonderful place to make those memories. That's a special connection between father and daughter - they're both quite fortunate to realize it and reinforce it.
This photo brought a smile to my face. Brought back memories of the many fishing trips I took with my father, I still go fishing and I'm sure dad is looking down making sure I've got a fish on!! Happy fishing Janet!
@nydelignorsk Thank you so much! I'm glad my photo brought you a smile and happy memories of your Dad, and I really appreciate you taking the time to comment!
