Avens

I'm loving Avens, a new-to-me-perennial. From a clump of handsome foliage comes these tall, airy stems, bending delightfully this way and that. Oh, and the flowers? I'm just getting to know them — seeming like sweet little things so far.

I praise you, Lord, for an afternoon in the garden planting my new-to-me perennials.
