Amazing, the kitchen garden plants still keep trying to produce even now at the end of October! The bright red color of an over-ripe jalapeño pepper drew me over, and then I discovered this dainty flower. It would eventually become a pepper, but our Pittsburgh weather will not allow that to happen. We’ll empty the kitchen garden of its herbs and vegetables and flowers this weekend as we prepare to usher in the month of November.
I praise you, Lord, for the tenacity of this pretty pepper plant.
