I went outside to photograph two turkeys; but when the pair emerged from hiding behind some shrubs and quickly strutted off in another direction, I saw these crocuses. We got a little snow overnight; but with the morning warming up, this clump stood freshly washed by its melting. I stood for a bit in awe of the crocuses’ resilience. Flowering as early as they do, they face plenty of weather challenges; yet they always emerge victorious and glorious.
I praise you, Lord, for this freshly washed clump of crocuses.
It is strange to think that you are still having snow. I love it when the crocci come out - they are such a cheerful plant with their bright colours and strong shapes. Here with the water droplets, even more delightful.
