There is so much foliage in Hawaii that it is hard to compose sunset shots I think, but I couldnt resist the big orange sun and its reflection. This was taken from the driveway at the place we stayed.
On the other hand, this is "goodbye, farewell, au revoir, auf wiedersehen." I've struggled with the time spent on the site for many months and taking the time off and realizing how many hours it frees up to take pictures, study photography, enjoy my family, my decision became clear. I have loved sharing this journey with you, have gained so much as a photographer with your help, have made such lovely connections and friendships all over the world. But the time has come to leave. My good wishes to you all and thank you so much.
What a fabulous farewell photo... love the deep rich colors and beautiful composition... but I am so going to miss you... YOU are one of my FAVES! I pray your future has many wonderful things in store as you spend time with family and pursue your passion. May have to catch up with you on Facebook! :)
