Hard to get them all in focus! We have about 18 hummers feeding at our feeders these days...mostly babies. They make me so happy! I've been refilling the two feeders almost twice a day! By far best on black.

@sstcowan we've had feeders in the same place for almost 35 years! We started for the FIRST ONLY full feeder using red food coloring in the sugar water. Important to keep the water fresh. The last couple of years we've kept a couple of Annas overwintering by increasing the sugar concentration. And then the rufous seem to remember we have food here and come and raise their babies here. It's such a gift
