We took a puppy kayaking class a month or so ago but this was the first time we took her in a kayak in a real lake! I shot this without being able to see what I was shooting! We sure had fun. And she didn't jump out and get tangled in the reeds plus when she got excited seeing people coming in other kayaks and leapt up onto her hind legs, we didn't flip and I was (barely) able to hold on to her! Lots of laughter as you can see.

She'll be an old hand in no time. I've often wondered how you keep from flipping with a puppy in a kayak - we'd take our dog in our 18' canoe occasionally but it was pretty steady. Bet it was a fun time.
