I think one of my favorite stops on Taffy and my Palouse trip was the Skeene's School House. I wonder what stories it holds inside? People have cared for it enough that they have propped it up with an old machine that was used to lift hale bales into the second story of barns. I just had to give it a bit of a seeing to!

Wow that is standing up by the skin of its teeth or rather an old elevator! I'm amazed no one has made someone take it down, health & safety & all that! Love that boy doing handstands, he just fits in with the craziness!
I really like this shot and the interesting edit. The delightful child (one of your relatives?) playing so freely in front of this ramshackle fascination of a building is terrific.
