Rainbow After the Surf Burst

What a stunning sunny winter day at the coast. I wish my composition weren't so centered but there weren't a lot of safe places to stand. I fiddled and fiddled with my CP filter to catch the rainbow but of course the sun wasn't at a 90 degree angle so it didn't do much. I was pleased with what I managed to catch though. Best on black of course.

it's a nice close up of the foot of a rainbow - often they disappear as you get closer. And it does provide a nice leading line to the village across the bay. :)
