Sorry to be behind in my commenting. I was gone all day yesterday and most of today. There was a high surf advisory out so I went hoping for super high waves. They weren't as impressive as I have seen them before but the sea was really roiling. Best on black. I like how the sun peaking through the clouds lit up the waves.

Most impressive and I like your b&w treatment. While I'd hoped for some captures like this on the sailing trip, I've come to realize that this would NOT be a good thing to encounter on a boat!! Gorgeous for photography, though!
