I went on a photoshoot with my mentor looking for salmon spawning- an awesome sight. Often you can see hundreds of them leaping. Not so this time. Hopefully later in the year when the water gets colder. At least I caught this one.
If you want to see 100 salmon or more trying to make it up river, it is simple, take a hike and leave your camera home or in the car, that is sure to make them appear. It always seems the one time I forget my camera (which is rare these days) is the one time there is something to shoot, haha, just my two cents.
