Boy is it hard to get the exposure right and focus clear in a dark jazz club with stage lights. I used my 50mm prime which is my astest lens but still got a lot of blur. My dear friend Nancy organized this show in honor of her father who fought in WW 2. She is the singer in the purple flapper dress. Almost all of the performers and musicians had parents who had been in WW 2 and the evening was filled with marvelous stories and songs of the period. Advice welocmed re how does one take good photos in this kind of venue? I know I've ssn some good ones here.
I think you did a pretty good job here Jane, well proportioned group & you have the pianist in there too & a little of the others. Great show of flag too!
