Full House

Apparently Finley Wildlife Reserve is the only place that dusky Canadian Geese stop on their migratory route to Alaska. There were literally thousands of them with a few snow geese mixed in. The sound of them landing and taking off was thrilling.

Lovely action shot. We had a huge flock of Sandhill Cranes flying north overhead today. Too high to grab a shot. Maybe the snowing is finished?

Great shot of this massive flock! I've never seen this many at once but even in smaller numbers they can create a lot of noise!
