The office at home. This is usually the look of my desk in the mornings. I tend to use coloured lights to help regulate my body. In the morning, I use blue lights to suppress the release of melatonin in morning which promotes wakefulness, and red lights in the evening to help with me with sleep. This means no devices in the evenings 😊
