Holding Court

When I took the pictures yesterday I didn't post this one. I was real thrilled with it but didn't get a chance to talk any today. The is the York County Court house.
@niasipops There are leading lines but the shadow of the trees sort of interfers.

There you are Joan, I've been looking for your post before I went to bed (it's 2.50am here)! It's a lovely old building - I hope you only know it from the outside!

@vignouse I worked today and was working at the end of the day with the boss on his business. I am helping him straighten out the books on his building business. I know this building from the inside too because I was on jury duty in 2012 and got called to a jury. It was an educating experience and it was on a civil case. We decided against both sides feeling both had contributed to the problem.

What a fabulous looking building and the snow adds so much to the composition. Well done! Looks cold but like a lovely day.

I happen to like the way the trees cut across the leading lines as if to attempt to stall one's entrance. Whoever wants to be in a courthouse? Great capture with what looks like freshly fallen unmarked snow.

@eyesmile Thanks. It just means I need to keep a few pictures in my stash for days I don't get to take a picture.

@barbarajdonnellan Thanks, It wasn't fresh snow but the wind blew a lot and has kept that fresh look. And the very cold.
