Spring in Perkins Cove

This is my tulip posting to go with my sister posting from yesterday. http://365project.org/janiskay/365/2015-05-27 She only had a tablet I had my camera.
It was a beautiful day. We drove mostly along the coast from Wells Beach to York Beach. I haven't seen many tulips that I could photograph so I was thrilled when we saw these. So odd to have tulips blooming when we are this late in the season.

I love the tulips with the boat behind. I might have used a pano type of crop to take out the bottom of the boat in the background to focus the eye even more on the tulip/boat combination. It's really stunning.
