Whose watching Who? by joansmor

Whose watching Who?

Ever wonder that at the zoo? Jan and I finally made it to the Maine Wildlife Park. Glad we went early as the fairies were really taking over the park with their families (It was Enchanted Forest Day). When I saw this picture in my review I knew it had to be today's picture. I have used about a dozen brushes, etc making the background black and trying to remove the reflections in the glass, even lightening her hair so it showed up better, dodging his eyes. I could keep playing with it if I had patience but I'm thinking I might go even more overboard. You can be honest if you think so. I'll only cry for a little bit.
It's an arresting image, Joan, made more so by the fact that it's a child who's being eyed up. Sometimes the content outweighs the technical considerations.

I think you've done a great job in putting the lighting and such into balance. I know I couldn't have done a better job! I like that the cougar is sharp because the stare soooo intense! And you do get the sense the child is mesmerized as well. Excellent shot!

Nope, no editing complaints here... super job with it. :) I really like the intensity of this cat's gaze and her shoulders suggest that she is gazing right back. Nicely spotted and captured.
