Have you seen pictures of cars that have been stripped of its tires and it is sitting on cement blocks? Maybe somebody stole the trailer.

Actually way down the street an on this piece of property is the Portland Yacht Company. Not sure why this one is way up here.

This huge piece of property belongs to the Portland Yacht company which abuts EMSKIP a shipping company. Not sure if the lights are for which company.
