As much as I love the coast and beaches, I love the backwaters, back coves , etc. The places the ocean pushes into when it come inward. This is the backwater at Fortunes Rock. A new place for me to take you and probably the prettiest time to be there. I hope you will enjoy this new spot.
What a beautiful spot - I'm torn like you - love the coast lines, but the peaceful backwaters have such an appeal, too. Those are some lovely homes on that cove - imagine there are many like this in Maine. Nicely composed with lovely focus.
