Took a picture at Number One Pond today. Thought the blue water and sky helped express the cold. Though warmer today than the last two. You can see the thin layer of ice that has formed. Often there is ice skating here by this late in January. Record-breaking warmth and lack of snow are marking this January.
Beautiful capture. the people living in the houses so close to the Pond are very fortunate to have a gorgeous open view from their windows. Where is this place?
I am certainly not complaining about the weather this year - may winter fly by quickly!
