Okay went out tonight during the golden hour and I think the results were better. I found my misplaced close up lens also. I looked up the best settings for golden hour, thought about the focal length, and underexposed for the white. Of course that was easy because I also found my polarizing lens and had it on. UGH! BUt still progress. My challenge - take a planned picture. Richard knows I don't throw one strand of spaghetti against the wall I throw a fist full. SO his challenge is to get me to think first.
