Plan B !!!

I went to Manly Beach to photograph the qualifying rounds of the World Surfing Longboard Championship.
Rule number 1: Make sure the camera battery is charged.
Rule number 2: Don’t leave the spare battery in the other camera bag.
Rule number 3: Always have a “Plan B”!!!

Great shot on this one. Did the same thing just recently. Drove quite a ways and when I got there and got out, turned on the camera, and nothing happened. Then I remembered that I had charged up the battery the night before and apparently forgot to put it back in when I left. Oh well. I always check now, before I leave.
