We had our own Witches Paddle Parade down the Willamette River today. There were about 30 or so who got into the spirit of things.
I found out that this little skeleton whose name is Fred joined along. He belongs to the witch's daughter. There was talk about having Fred join in next year too. I suggested that he have a new adornment for each year he paddles along.
