@fishy challenged me in get pushed to find and photograph urban decay. Here's another attempt, this one hurriedly taken from a car while passing by . . . what intrigues me about this one is the green plan on the balcony. How did it get there and why is it still growing?
Tomorrow, I head out to RAW at the suggestion of 365ers who have helped me identify a locale of urban decay.
You've posted a great shot for the challenge because the plant creates a mystery. I also like the geometric patterns of the stones and the cracked glass and reflections.
Nice job! I'm intrigued also by the cutouts of window panes below the balcony and how they collectively look like a boy's silhouette with stairs and a fish (all with reflection there too).
Cool...love all of the above! Maybe the upper balcony has so much debris accumulated that a seed was able to take root and grow! Some trees, like Manitoba Maples, grow fast and are very opportunistic!
