Connection is so powerful. It is what keeps us linked to others, as part of something bigger. Often these connections are invisible, just an energetic string holding people together. Unnoticed by the masses, but felt deep by those it links.
Connection is so powerful. It can weave a web of contentment, that supports us on our journey. Providing a safe space to step up, and step out, into our own light.
Connection is so powerful. It can provide us with a reason to move forward. It can give us a sense of belonging and a desire to get up in the morning. It can bring happiness to our days, serenity to our nights and an overall sense of peace to our being.
Connection is so powerful. It has the ability to uplift people while also improving their physical and mental health. It has the power to drive away loneliness, break down barriers and give real meaning to another person’s day.
Connection is so powerful. That in the wrong hands it has the ability to drag us down and bury us deep. It can twist our world and stagnate our growth. It can plunge us into the deepest ocean, leaving us to struggle for air.
Connection is so powerful. That we need to be mindful of its power. Awake to its grip and empowered to manage the energetic strings that invisibly hold people together. We need to understand their frequencies. Know how they vibrate and appreciate the impact they can have on our lives.
Connection is so powerful. That we need to recognise the good, distance from the bad and seek out the positive. We need to trust our gut feelings and know when to follow them.
Connection is so powerful. That when we recognize positive vibrations, they should be nurtured, valued and treasured. We should strive to build and strengthen them, while also reaching out to others in an attempt to uplift us both. By stepping up and being mindful of our connections we can not only enhance our life and our health, but the lives of others and the world around us.
Today I am grateful for the wonderful web of connections that support me, soften my fall, give a spring to my step and surround me with love.
