@rensala @30pics4jackiesdiamond it must be all it needs, that is the pot it came in when I bought it. There’s no dirt, it’s just a saucer for water really.

Interesting plant/tree-- reminds me of those "air" plants that just grow in a glass jar without water and dirt. It seems to be very happy.
