Fly By

Day 3 of my Grand Canyon Backpacking trip (February 27th). Not sure why this helicopter was flying above the Bright Angel trail but I do know that helicopters are used to carry heavy items to Phantom Ranch and are also used for rescue missions. This one didn't look like it was on a rescue mission so I'm not sure of its purpose.
