You can't go to Boston without visiting the oldest baseball park in the league - Fenway Park! We did a tour and went to two games while in the city. It was awesome! The park was built in 1912, is incredibly small and full of so much character. This lone red seat in the right field bleachers (Section 42, Row 37, Seat 21) signifies the longest home run ever hit at Fenway. The home run, hit by Ted Williams on June 9, 1946, was officially measured at 502 feet (153 m).
Kim, I've been drawn back to this lovely shot of yours wondering how it would look in B&W with selective colour to pull out that wonderful RED chair even more. Just a thought. ???????
