Low Clouds over the Severn Valley.

The sun came out for a short period this afternoon, but the clouds looked so low that when I reached the hilltop I thought I could almost touch them.

This is a view from the edge of the Cotswold Hills looking south across the Severn Valley with the river estuary just around the hill on the left.
