Have many of us use the saying "It's just water under the bridge", without any thought of what it means, Well it means that it is something in the past and doesn't matter now.
A good example is "My Sister and I fought when we were kids, but that's water under the bridge now". It is believed to come from when you watch the water flowing under the bridge, it is gone, never to be seen again.
That was rather deep thinking wasn't it. Well just another old humped bridge on the canal that used to carry a road up towards my home, now blocked off and you have to go another way. Note the pipe sticking in and out the side.

The composition and framing of this one is just perfection. I love everything about it. Can one walk on that path under the bridge to the other side? A fav!
@kathiecb@connie865@libertylady Thank you all for your comments and FAV. Yes Connie there are at least 9 miles along the canal you can walk and I've done all of it in stages, just think it's flat as well.
