Trainsspotters Paradise, Revisited.

Another view taken from Black Bridge, but looking north. I have a geocache here and it needs checking now and then to make sure everything is dry and still in place.

All these lines come from the City of Gloucester, but the ones on the right curve away to London, whilst the one's on the left go onward's to Bristol and the south coast. See June 3rd for the reverse view.

This is just an old farm track and is very quiet except the odd tractor. Best viewed with the magnify button above the picture.
It looks so pretty for a railway track, great long line shot

Nice shot, but if I may, perhaps not being centered on the train would have added some more depth to the photo. standing over the tracks immediately to there right of the oncoming train.

@byrdlip Thank you for your comment and advice, it was a case that the trains travel so quickly and I was just crossing the bridge so grabbed my camera quickly.

Lovely shot. We don't seem to have multiple tracks like this. Looks like a short train.

@philcameron59 Thanks Phil, when we were young it was all steam trains. It was wonderful to stand on the local footbridge and let the smoke go ll around us.
