Pretty in Pink

Who remembers the 1986's Romantic Comedy/Drama film set in an American high school. I can't remember it, but the title "Pretty in Pink", has always stuck in my mind.

I found these lovely Irises in my friends garden an thought they were worth capturing and also deserved the title. Personally I've never been a pink person, but did favour the green colour as per the leaves. I just know that someone is going to suggest the green of a little weed.

This shade of pink is striking. Very well captured and titled. I do remember the movie and enjoyed it, though I was well out of my teenage years when it was at the movies.

You mean that silly movie of the girl who always wore pink...yeach...to the movie and the colour. I knew a girl who always dressed in pink and I didn't like her either. Maybe I got carried away. As to your pic it's a lovely shot and colour.
