A visit to a nearby garden center to buy some bird seed and holders for my new bird tree I had for Christmas from my lovely Niece, (Hope she reads this). It's my favourite place to shop as they seem to have lots of lovely things to buy, let alone plants.
Just inside the entrance is Maddie the parrot who greets most people as they come in, she always shouts out "Hello" over and over again, glad nobody has taught her to swear.
As I came out through the checkout I asked if I could take some photographs of Maddie, I promised not to use the flash. After putting my shopping in the car I came back in with my camera and she was a real poser but wouldn't keep still unless I put the camera down. So this was the best capture I could get with her shaking her head and shoulders from side to side.
Hello - missed you too - hopefully I am back for GOOD now! I would so love a parrot - they make the most amazing pets. Maddie looks like she is a character!
